I've spent three decades helping multinational organisations innovate and deliver flexible IT services at scale. My focus is building international teams that move fast, ship market-leading technology, and bring consistency to global IT operations.

Most recently I led End User Services as Vice President at both Verifone and PTC. At Verifone that meant running support for 7,000 users across 100+ offices worldwide, and transforming the IT Helpdesk into a true one-stop shop — a step change in service efficiency.

I enjoy the work at the intersection of technology and business: complex integrations, senior stakeholder relationships, and turning an IT agenda into something the whole organisation gets behind.
